- Derek 07:34PM, Dec 13 2011 It's a strong granite, but you must reseal once a year to keep it stain resistant in a laundry room environment with detergents and liquids of that nature around.

01:22PM, Jun 23 2011 That's a wonderful design idea, you're on the right track. The Cosa Esmeralda and green subway tile will reflect the style of your home nicely. For the floor I'd use a natural travertine tile such as Baja Cream.
  • Jerri 09:55PM, Jun 22 2011 Hello I am remodeling a 1920s arts and crafts kitchen and looking for granite countertops with some period relevance. Marble is too high maintenance and have granite in the past and loved them. Would Cosa Esmeralda go with green glass subway tile for a vintage look? Is there any other color you recommend? Also what would you put on the floor with green granite counters and white wood cabinets?
  • Faith 10:43AM, Jan 30 2011 I am remodeling my kitchen and was thinking of painting my kitchen burgundy and wanted granite counter tops to be green. I love this color green but what would color would go good for the flooring.
  • Cheryl 06:24PM, Jan 28 2011 Thank you. If I were to use two granites in the kitchen (see previous post), what would go with Costta Esmeralda - both in terms of color and pattern? (One on the counter tops and one on the island). If I went with the Kashmir Gold, what would go with that? Once again, thank you.
  • Cheryl 01:34AM, Jan 28 2011 I have oak floors with a slight peach stain, and maple cabinets with possibly a "toffee", or amber, stain. I am coming from an all white kitchen, and I'd like to keep a "light" feeling. I need to stay away from anything with a rose color in it. Would Costa Esmeralda be a good choice? In other directions I was thinking of Vyhara, Kashmir Gold, or Aurus. I'm a bit afraid of Tropical Brown, UbaTuba or Tan Brown in that they may make things to dark, but would you recommend those? Also, what is most current in granite design? More consistency? Pebbly? Bling? Wavy? Thanks.
  • Dave 08:50PM, Dec 19 2010 Is this a premium stone or one of the more basic granites?
  • Jennifer 04:40PM, Dec 4 2010 Thinking about this in Satin finish for kitchen countertops. How easily does this clean and hold up? Thanks
