- Derek 02:31PM, Sep 29 2011 The Giallo Ornamental "C" is an excellent choice to go against your light cabinetry and will be a focal point in your design. Another option could be Astoria, as well as possibly Amba Gold. I've created a Comparison Chart for your reference: http://www.Marmidicarrara.com

  • Heatherl_smith 02:05AM, Sep 29 2011 Any suggestions for a kitchen with stark white cabinets. Thought giallo ornamental would not be too beige but a nice contrast with the white cabinets. Appliances are also white.
  • R. Mabey 10:59PM, Sep 9 2011 We're having a hard time deciding between the Giallo Ornamental C, Giallo Ornamental Extra and the Kashmir White.  Our cabinetry is finished in Early American stain.  Any ideas/opinions? Thank you.

06:11PM, Sep 7 2011 Perhaps you'd like to spice up the design with a backsplash tile such as Pietra Antica Tumbled Noce travertine, cut in a 1" x 1" size. I've attached an image for your reference, let me know what you think!
  • Leianne 08:36PM, Sep 4 2011 I have giallo ornamental granite, cinnamonnutmeg coloured cabinets with maple hardwood floors and taupe walls. We are trying to decide on the blacksplash tile. Any suggestions?

03:19PM, Aug 12 2011 Giallo Ornamental is a soft and neutral choice that would compliment your cabinet color nicely. Another option for you to see may be 'Astoria'. For a selection with cooler tones, there is also Kashmir White.

09:28PM, Aug 11 2011 The Giallo Ornamental has a beautiful white undertone with honey brown veins that would look amazing against oak cabinets. The stone will also pick up your wall paint and tie the space together. Go for it!
  • Mary Byers 05:26PM, Aug 11 2011 I have medium oak cabinets and black appliances.  The walls are taupe color,  I like the Giallo Ornamental...what do you think?  I don't want any thing with yellow or gold in it...neutrals.
  • Courtney 11:04AM, May 19 2011 Thank you! I guess the real problem is the floor tile. Here is a link to the exact tile. http://www.seemoretile.com/index.php/online-catalog/hamlet-manor-moss.html Do you think there is brown in the tile? Do you think a warmer brown granite will clash with the tile? The granite I love is Colonial Gold, but we are afraid it may not look right with our tile choice. Thanks!
  • Courtney 08:40PM, May 17 2011 We have espresso cabinets, stone colored backsplash with oil rubbed bronze smaller tiles at every other joint, stone colored flooring with swirls of mocha, stainless steel appliances, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and and Tony taupe paint......It's starting to feel to "cold". What granite countertop will warm it up?
  • valerie 04:12PM, Jan 30 2011 What is the difference between the giallo ornamental and the giallo ornamental C? Would you recommend this granite with dark wood floors and creamy white cabinets?
  • Amy l 09:43PM, Jul 15 2010 i am building and using antique white cabinets with a brown glaze, dark hardwood floors and wondering if Giallo ornamental c would look good on the counters. wanting a creamy brown granite?
